Whole Wheat Bread (Bread Machine)

• 1 cup buttermilk, plus
• 2 tablespoons buttermilk, room temp
• 3 tablespoons honey
• 3 tablespoons oil
• 1 12 cups white flour
• 1 12 cups whole wheat flour
• 14 cup raw wheat germ
• 1 12 teaspoons salt
• 14 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 12 teaspoons active dry yeast

1. Put ingredients in bread machine in order lised by manufacturer.
2. Follow manufacturer's instructions to bake.
