Harvest Short Ribs Recipe

  1. Brown ribs in own fat, pour off drippings and season them with salt and pepper.
  2. Add in onions, mustard, lemon juice, bay leaves and water.
  3. Cover tightly and cook slowly for 2 hrs.
  4. Add in brown sugar and vegetables.
  5. Cook 45 min or possibly till the vegetables are done.
  6. Throw away bay leaves.
  7. Thicken gravy and serve over noodles or possibly rice.
  8. Serves 4 to 6.
