Holiday Squares Recipe
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. butter
- 4 Large eggs
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 can fruit filling
- Grease and flour jelly roll pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees 30 min.
- Cream sugar and butter and add in Large eggs one at a time.
- Add in flour and lemon juice.
- Spread proportionately in jelly roll pan and divide into 24 squares.
- Put 1 Tbsp.
- filling in each square and bake.
- Top with Cold Whip if you like.
