Agridulce Royale

• 1 1/2 ounces blanco tequila
• 3/4 ounce lemon juice
• 3/4 ounce simple syrup
• 1/4 ounce Campari
• 1 1/2 ounces cava or other dry sparkling wine
• Strip of grapefruit peel for garnish

1. Pour tequila, juice, syrup and Campari into shaker filled with ice, shake and strain into glass.
2. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with twist of grapefruit peel.
