Agridulce Royale
- 1 1/2 ounces blanco tequila
- 3/4 ounce lemon juice
- 3/4 ounce simple syrup
- 1/4 ounce Campari
- 1 1/2 ounces cava or other dry sparkling wine
- Strip of grapefruit peel for garnish
- Pour tequila, juice, syrup and Campari into shaker filled with ice, shake and strain into glass.
- Top with sparkling wine and garnish with twist of grapefruit peel.
