Lemon Cheese Garlic Pasta
- 1 packages Fusilli
- 6 clove Garlic, Chopped
- 1 Dry Red Chilli
- 1/2 tbsp ground black pepper
- 1 3/4 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 100 grams Cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
- 30 ml olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp Cumin Seeds
- Cook/Boil The Fusilli as per instructions.
- You can use other types of pastas as well
- Drain the water.
- Apply Few drops of oil/ghee/butter so that they don't become clumsy & sticky
- Heat the olive oil in a pan.
- Add Cumin seeds, Dry Red Chilli, Saute for a while.
- Then add Chopped Garlic, saute again
- Add Fusilli/Pasta, Cook until done.
- Squeeze a lemon.
- Garnish with cheese
