Chicken Zucchini Casserole Recipe
- 6 boneless chicken breasts
- 5 to 6 zucchini, green or possibly yellow
- 1 pkg. Kraft aged Swiss cheese
- 1 c. med. white sauce
- Heat butter and stir in flour to make paste.
- Add in broth, wine mix and stir over low heat till thick.
- Wash and dry chicken.
- Slice zucchini in 1/4 inch slices into low casserole.
- Add in optional salt and pepper over zucchini.
- Lay Swiss cheese over zucchini.
- Lay chicken cutlet on top of cheese.
- Add in another layer of cheese on top of chicken.
- Cover chicken with sauce.
- Bake 30 to 45 min at 350 degrees.
- Serve with rice and mixed salad.
