Veal Balls Recipe
- 2 lbs. minced veal
- 2 tbsp. onion flakes
- 2 green peppers, minced
- Salt and pepper
- Oregano and garlic
- 3/4 c. water
- 24 ounce. tomato juice
- Put tomato juice, green pepper and 1/2 c. water, oregano, and garlic in a saucepan and simmer.
- While juice is simmering, mix veal, onion flakes, 1/4 c. water, salt, pepper, oregano and garlic together and form balls.
- Add in balls to juice and simmer 1 hour.
- Serves 4.
