Strawberry Sauce for Waffles

• 3 cups fresh figs (cut off stems and mash)
• 3 cups sugar
• 2 (1/3 ounce) packages sugar-free strawberry gelatin
• 12 cup water

1. Put ingredients in a crock pot and cook on low for 3 to 6 hours.
