Stuffed Jalapenos
- 1 pound Sausage, Browned And Drained
- 8 ounces, fluid Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cups Parmesan Cheese
- 18 whole Jalapenos
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix cooked and drained sausage with cheeses.
- A fork works great.
- Cut off the stem end of all of the jalapenos.
- Cut the jalapenos in half lengthwise.
- Use a spoon and deseed the jalapeno halves.
- Spoon cheese and sausage mixture into cleaned jalapeno halves.
- Place on a foil-covered baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- Serve warm or cold.
