Mexican Goulosh
- 1 each Spice sausage link
- 1 can black seasoned beans
- 1/2 cup mexican cheese
- 1 box mexican rice
- 1 packages Fajita vegetables mix (birds eye)
- 8 small Red potatos
- 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 cup milk
- 1 pinch thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 mexican cheese
- Boil and cut up potatoes into bite size chunks
- Saute vegetables and sausage together
- Cook rice per instructions
- Drain and wash black beans
- Make cheese sauce
- Combine all ingredients and lightly mix.
- Add a good helping of Mexican cheese to top
- Bake at 350F degrees for 30 minutes or till cheese starts to lightly brown.
- Enjoy!!
