Impossible Taco Pie(The Pie That Does The Impossible By Making Its Own Crust.)

  1. Heat oven to 400u0b0.
  2. Lightly grease pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2-inches.
  3. Cook and stir ground beef and onion in 10-inch skillet until beef is brown; drain.
  4. Stir in taco seasoning mix.
  5. Spread in plate; sprinkle with chilies.
  6. Beat milk, baking mix and eggs until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into plate.
  7. Bake 35 minutes.
  8. Top with tomatoes; sprinkle with cheese.
  9. Bake until cheese is golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean, 8 to 10 minutes longer.
  10. Cool 5 minutes. Serve with dairy sour cream, chopped tomatoes and shredded lettuce if desired.
  11. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
