Beef and Guiness Pie
- 2 kilogram Chuck Steak
- 3 Onions
- 4 clove of Garlic
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 can Guiness
- 1 cup Flour
- 2 cup Beef stock
- 3 Carrots
- 1 Leek
- 1 Praprika
- 1 Parsley
- 1 Wholegrain Mustard
- 1/2 cup Tomatoe paste
- 1 Puff pastry
- 1 Egg
- Soften onion and garlic in pan
- Add meat and brown
- Transfer to slow cooker
- Add remaining ingredients (except egg and pastry) to ask slow cooker
- Cook for 8 hrs on low or 4 hrs on high
- Preheat oven to 190F
- Spoon stew into ramekins
- Cover with pastry and brush on egg
