Veal Cutlet Parmesan Recipe
- 4 lg. veal cutlets, 1/2 inch thick
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 4 tbsp. grated cheese
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 2 c. tomato sauce
- 5-6 slices Mozzarella cheese, thin sliced

- Beat Large eggs well, add in salt and pepper; set aside.
- 2.
- Mix bread crumbs with grated cheese, oregano, parsley.
- 3.
- Dip veal cutlets into the beaten Large eggs, then roll in bread crumbs.
- Fry on both sides till golden brown.
- Place cutlets in a baking dish.
- Pour tomato sauce over them.
- Place Mozzarella cheese slice on each cutlet.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
