Pulled Pork with Fresh Cabbage and Plum Sauce

  1. Add pork, broth, salt, pepper and cumin to a crock pot or stock pot.
  2. Slow cook (on high for 2-3 hours) or simmer on the stovetop (medium-high heat for 1-1/2 to 2 hours).
  3. Cook until meat separates easily with a fork and internal temperature of 160 degrees is reached.
  4. Mix plum and soy sauce together.
  5. Shred pork and spoon into a warmed tortilla.
  6. Top with cabbage, onion and plum/soy sauce.
