Speedy Saucy Ribs
- 4 lbs racks of baby-back pork ribs (2 large)
- 12 cup water
- 12 cup barbecue sauce
- CUT ribs into 2-rib pieces.
- Place rib pieces in large microwaveable bowl; add water.
- Cover loosely with plastic wrap.
- Microwave on HIGH 20 minute Drain off liquid and fat; discard.
- HEAT grill to medium heat.
- Brush ribs with barbecue sauce.
- GRILL ribs 10 minute or until barbecue sauce sets thickly, turning occasionally.
