Nanaimo Bars

  1. Combine graham crumbs, coconut and nuts in medium bowl.
  2. Microwave 2 oz.
  3. chocolate and 1/2 cup butter in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min., stirring after 30 sec.
  4. ; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
  5. Add to crumb mixture; mix well.
  6. Press onto bottom of 9-inch square pan.
  7. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  8. Beat dry pudding mix, 1/3 cup softened butter and boiling water in large bowl with mixer until blended.
  9. Gradually beat in sugar; spread over crust.
  10. Refrigerate 15 min.
  11. Microwave remaining chocolate and 1 Tbsp.
  12. butter in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min., stirring after 30 sec.
  13. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
  14. Carefully spread over pudding layer.
  15. Refrigerate several hours or until firm before cutting into bars.
