Pineapple Braised Pork Chops Recipe

  1. Brown chops over medium heat.
  2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Add in juice and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Reduce heat; cover and simmer till chops are done, about 15 to 50 min (depending on the thickness of the chops).
  5. Add in water (or possibly more juice), if necessary.
