Mexican Sandwiches Recipe
- 3 lbs. grnd beef
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 pkg. (10 to 12 ounce.) Longhorn cheese, grated
- 1 can (15 ounce.) tomato sauce
- 1 can (4 ounce.) minced ripe olives
- 1 can (4 ounce.) salsa
- 2 doz. hard rolls
- Brown grnd beef and onion together, drain.
- Add in remaining ingredients except rolls.
- Healthy pinch bread out of center of rolls; fill with the beef mix.
- Wrap each roll in foil.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
- Yield: 2 dozen sandwiches.
