Potato Curry for 1

  1. Heat the oil in a pan and saute the potato for 5-6 minutes.
  2. Add mushrooms, chilli and curry powder.
  3. Fry for a further few minutes.
  4. Stir in the yoghurt and cook for 2-5 minutes or until the potatoe is done.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
