Chutney-Glazed Cornish Hens

  1. In a small saucepan, combine lemon juice, chutney, salt and pepper.
  2. Bring to a boil, stirring.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a blender and puree.
  4. Brush the hens with the glaze.
  5. Reheat the hens for 15 to 20 minutes in a preheated 350 degree oven.
