Wild Rice Casserole
- 1 cup wild rice, barley
- combination
- 1/4 lb. butter
- margarine
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 can (4 oz.) mushroom pieces, drained
- 3 cans chicken broth
- Wash rice.
- Melt butter in casserole.
- Add onions.
- Remove from heat.
- Add mushrooms, broth and rice.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake 1 to 1-1/2 hours at 325F.
