Wild Rice Casserole

  1. Wash rice.
  2. Melt butter in casserole.
  3. Add onions.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Add mushrooms, broth and rice.
  6. Cover with foil.
  7. Bake 1 to 1-1/2 hours at 325F.
