Roasted Parmesan Chickpeas

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Sort beans to remove any loose skins; discard skins.
  3. Dry beans with paper towels.
  4. Toss with olive oil; spread out in single layer on rimmed baking sheet.
  5. Bake 40 to 45 min.
  6. or until beans are deep golden brown and crisp in center, stirring occasionally.
  7. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients; toss lightly.
