Roasted Parmesan Chickpeas
- 2 cans (15 oz. each) chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tsp. chili-lime seasoning
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Sort beans to remove any loose skins; discard skins.
- Dry beans with paper towels.
- Toss with olive oil; spread out in single layer on rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 40 to 45 min.
- or until beans are deep golden brown and crisp in center, stirring occasionally.
- Sprinkle with remaining ingredients; toss lightly.
