Fire House Pico De Gallo

  1. Dice roma tomatoes, purple onions into small 1/4 inch pieces.
  2. De flowered cilantro from stems and chop fine
  3. Can green chilli suck.
  4. try and find frozen if u can.
  5. Fresh Hatch is the best.
  6. This is also to taste,
  7. Chop green onions from onion side.
  8. Get some chives in there as well.
  9. Color is everything.
  10. Dice both peppers very small.
  11. Please wear gloves.
  12. U may regret touching anything even after u wash ur hands.
  13. Garlic diced very small.
  14. Salt and pepper to taste as well.
  15. Mix it all together and let sit in fridge for as long as possible.
  16. Fantastic the next day
