Fire House Pico De Gallo
- 10 Roma Tomato
- 1/2 Purple Onion
- 1 bunch Green Onions
- 1 1/2 cup chopped green Chilli
- 2 Fresh Jalapeno
- 2 yellow hot pepper's
- 1 bunch Cilantro
- 1 tbsp course ground pepper
- 1 tbsp salt
- Dice roma tomatoes, purple onions into small 1/4 inch pieces.
- De flowered cilantro from stems and chop fine
- Can green chilli suck.
- try and find frozen if u can.
- Fresh Hatch is the best.
- This is also to taste,
- Chop green onions from onion side.
- Get some chives in there as well.
- Color is everything.
- Dice both peppers very small.
- Please wear gloves.
- U may regret touching anything even after u wash ur hands.
- Garlic diced very small.
- Salt and pepper to taste as well.
- Mix it all together and let sit in fridge for as long as possible.
- Fantastic the next day
