Easy Simmered Potatoes with Wiener Sausages
- 2 Wiener sausages
- 2 Potatoes
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 Consomme bouillon (cube or powder)
- 1 leaf Bay leaves (if you have any)
- 250 ml Water
- 1 Dried parsley (if you have any)
- Cut the potatoes to bite-sized pieces.
- Chop the onions into 1 cm-sized wedges.
- Put the potatoes, onions, and the wiener sausages into a pot.
- Add the water, soup stock, and bay leaves.
- Turn on the heat.
- Once it starts to boil, skim off the scum and cook over low heat for 7 to 10 minutes.
- It's done once the potatoes are thoroughly cooked.
- Transfer to a plate and garnish with parsley.
