Fajita Egg Skillet (Bob Evans Skillet Copycat?)

  1. Brown stew meat in pan.
  2. Add fajita seasoning mixed in a cup of water and simmer for 15 minutes or until sauce thickens.
  3. While meat is cooking, start to scramble eggs in a separate pan.
  4. As eggs start to set, add salsa, cheese, peppers, and onion.
  5. When meat is done, cut into small pieces or shred and add to egg skillet.
  6. Serve hot.
