Apple Crumb Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Toss apples with lemon juice and vanilla.
  3. Combine the sugars, cinnamon, and cornstarch and add to apple mixture and toss to coat.
  4. Pour caramel sauce in the bottom of pie crust;
  5. Add apple mixture to pie crust.
  6. Drizzle with melted butter.
  7. In a another bowl, combine the flour and sugar.
  8. Add butter until mixture is crumbly.
  9. Sprinkle over filling.
  10. Bake for 55-65 minutes.
  11. Drizzle with caramel sauce.
  12. Cool on a wire rack.
