Streusel Strawberry Bars

  1. preheat at 350 and bake at 350..
  2. in medium bowl, beat butter and sugar with electric mixer, on meduim speed untill combined.
  3. beat in as much flour as you can with the mixer.
  4. using a wooden spoon, stir in any remaining flour
  5. stir in 1/2 cup of peacan set a side1/4 cup of peacans.for the topping.
  6. spread dough mixture in ungreased 9x9x2 inch baking pan.spread strawberry preserves over dough evenly.
  7. 1/2 inch thick,
  8. bake for 45 minutes, when done baking sprinkle peacans over top.
  9. let cool
  10. when cooled, put icing drizzle a cross, back and forth.
  11. TO MAKE ICING, IN A SMALL BOWL COMBINE POWERED SUGAR, 1TEASPOON MILK AND1/4 TEASPOON OF VANILLA.NOW DRIZZLE OVER STRAWBERRY BARS
