Chinese Rice Casserole Recipe

  1. Saute/fry vegetables.
  2. Add in mushrooms, rice, spices and sauces.
  3. Add in boiled liquids and cover pan.
  4. Cook over low heat till done, about 5-10 min.
  5. Serves 4.
