Cheater's Strawberry Cookie Tart

• 3 oz. BAKER'S White Chocolate, divided
• 1 pkg. (16.5 oz.) refrigerated sliceable sugar cookies
• 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
• 3/4 cup cold milk
• 1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
• 1 cup raspberries
• 1/2 cup sliced strawberries Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Line 9-inch round baking pan with waxed paper; spray with cooking spray.
3. Melt 2 oz.
4. chocolate as directed on package; place in medium bowl.
5. Add cookie dough; mix well.
6. Press onto bottom of prepared pan.
7. Bake 20 min.
8. Cool in pan on wire rack 15 min.
9. Run knife around edge to loosen crust from rim of pan; remove rim.
10. Invert crust onto wire rack.
11. Remove bottom of pan.
12. Cool crust completely.
13. Beat pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min.
14. Stir in COOL WHIP.
15. Invert crust onto serving plate.
16. Spread top with pudding mixture.
17. Top with fruit.
18. Melt remaining chocolate as directed on package.
19. Drizzle over dessert just before serving.
20. Let stand until chocolate is firm.
