Salmon, Rice and Zucchini Slice

  1. Heat a small amount of oil in a frypan, cook onion until soft and translucent.
  2. Combine the cooked onion with the remaining ingredients in a bowl, mix well.
  3. Pour into a deep slice tin and bake in a pre-heated moderate oven, 180C for 1 - 1 1/4 hours or until set.
