Bean Burritos Recipe
- 2 (16 ounce.) can Van Camp's pork and beans
- 1 tbsp. Mexican seasoning
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 flour tortillas
- 1 (10-12 ounce.) jar taco sauce
- Shredded lettuce
- Minced tomato
- Black olive slices (optional)
- Combine first 2 ingredients; set aside.
- Spoon heaping 1/2 c. bean mix and 1 Tbsp.
- cheese onto center of each tortilla.
- Roll up tortilla to enclose filling.
- Place seam side down in 11 x 7 inch microwaveable dish.
- Pour taco sauce proportionately over burritos.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Loosely cover dish.
- Microwave on high 10-12 min or possibly till heated through.
- If you like, garnish with lettuce, tomato, and black olives.
- 6 burritos.
