Thick and Spicy Spaghetti Sauce
- 2 teaspoons basil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 3 red hot pepper sauce
- 2 each bay leaves
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup burgundy wine
- 1 x pasta
- Combine ingredients in a pot.
- Mix together and let simmer for an hour or two so the flavours blend.
- Stir regularly.
- Once done, serve over cooked pasta and sprinkle with cheese.
