Raclette
- 400 grams Raclette cheese (or your favorite cheese)
- 10 small potatoes Potatoes
- 1 tsp Minced onion
- 2 clove Minced garlic
- 1 Pickled cucumber
- 1 Pepper, paprika, or other spices
- 1 Onions simmered in Balsamic vinegar
- 1 Salted water (for the potatoes)
- Boil the water, salt, and unpeeled potatoes in a pot for 20 minutes until they can be easily pierced with a skewer.
- Keep them warm.
- Bring the raclette cheese out of the refrigerator and cut to suit the size of your oven try.
- Put into a tray for raclette cheese (top as you like with minced garlic or onions) and melt the cheese in an oven.
- Sprinkle the spices on the cheese and enjoy with the potatoes.
- To prevent heartburn, serve with pickles or onions simmered in Balsamic vinegar.
- If you don't have raclette cheese, melt your favorite cheese.
