Raclette

  1. Boil the water, salt, and unpeeled potatoes in a pot for 20 minutes until they can be easily pierced with a skewer.
  2. Keep them warm.
  3. Bring the raclette cheese out of the refrigerator and cut to suit the size of your oven try.
  4. Put into a tray for raclette cheese (top as you like with minced garlic or onions) and melt the cheese in an oven.
  5. Sprinkle the spices on the cheese and enjoy with the potatoes.
  6. To prevent heartburn, serve with pickles or onions simmered in Balsamic vinegar.
  7. If you don't have raclette cheese, melt your favorite cheese.
  8. These are potatoes made for racletto.
