Palak Soup

  1. Mix the milk, atta and keep aside.
  2. Measure the puree and add enough water to make 3 cups.
  3. Bring to boil.
  4. Add milk mixture, salt, pepper and nutmeg, simmer for 4 minute.
  5. Pour into cups, sprinkle lemon juice and serve with croutons on the side.
