Parsleyed Steamed Potatoes

  1. Peel potatoes and place them on the rack of a steamer over boiling water.
  2. Cover and steam them for 15 minutes or until done.
  3. Remove potatoes from rack and place them in a small skillet.
  4. Add butter, parsley, salt and pepper.
  5. Toss and blend well.
  6. Serve immediately.
