Drop Donut Holes Recipe

• 2 Large eggs, beaten
• 3/4 c. sugar
• 2 tbsp. shortening
• 1 c. lowfat milk
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 3 c. flour
• 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
• 3 teaspoon baking pwdr

1. Mix above ingredients well.
2. Drop by tbsp.
3. in warm fat and deep fry till golden.
4. Roll in cinnamon and sugar or possibly powdered sugar if you like.
