Australian Beef Steak with Sansho Pepper and Miso

  1. Mix miso, sansho pepper, mirin and honey, and marinate the beef.
  2. Marinate for about 1 hour.
  3. Wipe the marinade roughly from the surface of the meat.
  4. Stir fry in the pan.
  5. Cook to desired doneness.
