Stuffed Mushrooms
- 24 large mushrooms
- 12 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 12 cup Italian cheese blend, grated
- 12 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- clean mushrooms with damp cloth and remove stems.
- finely chop the stems.
- spray a skillet and add stems and garlic, add pepper to taste and the basil and saute till slightly brown.
- remove from heat and cool slightly so that you can mix in the cheese and breadcrumbs.
- stuff the mushrooms and spray the tops.
- put in a preheated oven for 30 minutes.
