Shepherd's Pie
- 1 lb ground beef or 1 lb leftover meat
- 12 cup onion, chopped
- 23 cup leftover gravy
- 14 cup parsley, minced
- 12 cup celery, chopped
- 12 teaspoon sage
- salt and pepper
- 3 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 cup kernel corn or 1 cup mixed vegetables
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 23 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Brown ground beef with onion and celery.
- Combine with vegetables, gravy, parsley, sage, salt and pepper in casserole dish.
- Cover with mashed potatoes.
- Dot with butter.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake uncovered 40 minutes at 400 degrees.
