Pineapple Squares

  1. Crust: Combine crumbs and butter.
  2. Reserve 1/4 cup for topping.
  3. Press remaining crumbs into a 2 liter greased cake dish.
  4. Filling: Cream butter and icing sugar.
  5. Blend in eggs; beat until smooth.
  6. Spread over crust.
  7. Top with layer of crushed pineapple then whipping cream.
  8. Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top.
  9. Freeze 24 hours.
  10. Serve frozen.
