BBQ Spare Ribs

  1. Line a cookie sheet with foil.
  2. Place pork ribs on the cookie sheet.
  3. Removed membrane from back of ribs.
  4. In a separate small prep bowl.
  5. Mix the liquid smoke and water.
  6. Then brush the mixture all over the ribs.
  7. Then in a bowl, gather ingredients for dry rub and mix together.
  8. Then sprinkle dry rub all over ribs(front and back), and then rub in front and back.
  9. Then take foil and cover ribs, sealing edges.
  10. Place in refrigerator overnight.
  11. When ready to cook.
  12. Preheat oven to bake at 325F.
  13. Place ribs in oven for 1 and a half hours.
  14. Remove ribs from and set oven to broil.
  15. Then remove ribs from foil and brush ribs all over with your favorite sauce, to your taste.
  16. Place back into oven for 2-3 minutes.
  17. Remove from oven and let rest at least for 10 minutes.
  18. Then cut and serve.
