Deep dish breakfast pizza

  1. Prep your ingredients.
  2. Fry bacon, sausage, and scramble eggs.
  3. Make gravy ( I make mine with the grease from frying sausage), and make dough according to package directions.
  4. Once dough is ready, grease skillet with bacon grease.
  5. Press dough into bottom of pan and up sides.
  6. Bake according to directions.
  7. Mine called for 8-10 minutes on 450.
  8. Cover bottom with gravy.
  9. Layer on eggs, crumbles sausage, and bacon.
  10. I know I said 1lb of bacon, but that much never makes on the pizza.
  11. It always seems to disappear.
  12. Spread cheddar cheese over top and bake until melted.
  13. Allow to cool before serving.
  14. My family loves it served with fried potatoes and extra gravy.
