Bourbon Pecan Pie Recipe
- 3 Large eggs, beaten
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 1/2 c. dark corn syrup
- 1/3 c. butter, melted
- 2 tbsp. bourbon
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. minced pecans
- 1 unbaked (9 in.) pastry shell
- Combine first 7 ingredients; mix well.
- Place pecans in bottom of pastry shell; pour the sugar mix over pecan.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 min.
