Mexican Ceviche

  1. Wash all of the veggies.
  2. Dice the tomatoes, onion, jalapenos, cilantro and imitation crab meat.
  3. Peel and remove seeds from cucumber and also dice.
  4. Place all ingredients in a large bowl, add the white pepper, salt, worcestershire sauce and the lemon juice (you can add more of any of these ingredients it depends on how much of what seasonings you like).
  5. Allow to marinate in the fridge for 4 hours.
  6. Enjoy with tostadas.
