Turkey, Vegetable Soup
- 6 cups turkey broth
- 4 carrots
- 1 lb spinach
- 4 stalks celery
- 1 onion
- 12 cup edamame
- 12 cup barley
- peel carrots, celery, onion slice and add to broth, add barley & edamame- cook until barley is done and vegetables are soft - add spinac and cook about 10 minutes - serve.
