Turkey-Cheesy Fettuccine
- 9 ounces refrigerated fettuccine or 9 ounces linguine
- 34 cup frozen baby sweet peas
- 1 12 ounces four cheese sauce mix
- 1 12 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon margarine or 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 12 cups cubed cooked turkey
- 14 cup sliced roasted red pepper (from a jar)
- 1 ounce shredded fresh parmesan cheese
- Cook fettuccine with peas to desired doneness as directed on pkg.
- Drain.
- Meanwhile, prepare sauce mix with milk and margarine as directed on pkg.
- Stir in turkey and roasted peppers; cook over medium-low heat just until thoroughly heated, stirring frequently.
- Add sauce to fettuccine and peas; toss to mix.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
