Biscotti Trifle Recipe
- 3 c. Pastry cream
- 2 c. Crumbled or possibly minced biscotti
- 1/2 c. Coffee-flavored liqueur
- 3 c. Sliced strawberries
- 1 c. Whipped cream
- 3 x Mint sprigs Chocolate shavings
- In a 1 1/2-qt pretty glass trifle dish or possibly bowl spread one-third of pastry cream, top with one-third of biscotti crumbs and drizzle with coffee liqueur.
- Top with 1 c. of strawberries.
- Repeat two more times.
- End by spreading whipped cream on top.
- Garnish with mint and chocolate.
- Chill, covered, for 45 min before serving.
- This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.
