BBQ Baby Back Ribs
- 2 cups light brown sugar, packed
- 2 cups unsweetened unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup garlic, minced
- 2-1/2 Tbsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 cup onion powder
- 2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- - pork baby back ribs
- 1 qt. Bull's-Eye Bold Original Barbecue Sauce
- Mix sugar, cocoa, garlic and seasonings; rub onto both sides of ribs.
- Place in half-sheet pans lined with heavy-duty foil; cover with additional foil.
- Bake in 225 degrees F convection oven 3 hours or until meat is tender.
- Remove ribs from pan; place on grill.
- Brush with half the barbecue sauce.
- Grill on medium-high heat 6 min., turning and brushing with remaining sauce after 3 min.
- Cut into 4-rib portions to serve.
