Seafood Laced With Cheese Recipe

  1. Heat butter in saucepan, stir in flour to thickened paste, slowly add in lowfat milk over medium heat, stirring constantly till sauce thickens to medium consistency.
  2. Add in next 5 ingredients and 3 c. of cheese.
  3. Cook over low heat till cheese melts.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in seafood.
  5. Pour into lightly greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
  7. Serve over rice.
  8. Note: Can prepare 1 day ahead and chill till ready to bake.
  9. Full recipe serves 10.
