Hassleback style potatoes

  1. Scrub potatoes well then place two butter knives flat underneath a potato and slice downward every 1/2 inch.
  2. Coat sliced potatoes in olive oil
  3. Butter each potatoe and season with mixture of herbs.
  4. Bakenat 450F for 30-45 min
